     “Mono Sei” is an Omakase-style restaurant that serves more than just the best sushi. We have accumulated four expert chefs, each with their own expertise and obsession for Japanese cuisine, and innovated a contemporary Omakase course for a new savoring experience. Yet, the scent of Japanese originality blends in perfectly with the taste of the luxurious modern world. The name of the restaurant derives from the words “Mono” which means “one” and “Sei”, a Japanese word which means “keeps getting better”. The two words combine to create a perfect definition of what our restaurant intends to deliver to our customers.

ทางร้านค้ามีหลักสูตรโอมากาเสะให้บริการช่วง 18.00 - 23.00 น. เป็น Dinner Course ราคา 12,000+++ บาท ( 24 หลักสูตร) รวมถึงของทานเล่นรวมทั้งของหวาน หากไม่ทานเนื้อหรือมีวัตถุดิบที่เกลียด หรือแพ้ของกินชนิดใด สามารถแจ้งกับทางร้านค้าได้ โดยแต่ละครั้งที่ไปทาน ทางร้านจะบันทึกข้อมูลการทานอาหารของลูกค้า เพื่อเปลี่ยนแปลงเมนูให้ตรงกับความอยากได้ของลูกค้า

Our Omakase course opens from 6 p.m. to 10.30 p.m. Pricing for dinner course is THB 12,000 per person (24-course set) including appetizers and desserts. If you don’t eat meat, displeased with any ingredient, or allergic to any food, please inform our staff. We attentively keep record of customer preferences to prepare the most satisfying dishes.
